Good luck Abby!!

As many of you already know, our own T3 Abby Dean will be competing against over 150 elite marathoners for honor of racing for the U.S. Women's Marathon team. This event will be held on April 20, 2008, the day before the Boston Marathon. For the spectators who can not make the trip, there will be live coverage of the 2008 U.S. Olympic Team Trials-Women's Marathon available on http://www.NBCSports.com/marathon on Sunday, April 20. Additionally, a 60-minute highlights show will air on MSNBC on Sunday, April 27 from 12:00-1:00 p.m. ET. Membership Time!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

This year, membership is $45. We raised the price slightly to cover Paypal costs as well as shipping costs. This year all of our members will be sent a membership packet, so be sure to fill out your address completely. This packet will include a membership card, this year's giveaway (hats and visors) as well as a few other goodies. Please sign-up on our membership page so you can begin to enjoy all the discounts and perks of being an official T3 member.

We now have an online application process! Click the "Pay Now" button below to submit the one-time membership fee of $45 (which includes a team hat). Upon successful completion of payment, you will be taken to the membership form, which is submitted through our website.

T3 is proud to announce the results of Julie Deery at the 2007 Duathlon ITU World Championship held in Richmond, VA. Julie rocked the course and turned in some huge results with a 2nd place age-group finish, and a very impressive 5th place amateaur showing! Her blazing bike leg helped to propel her past 9 of the elite women - go Julie!!

!! T3-REPEAT !!

Team T3 turned in no less than 9 podium finishes, including 1st and 3rd Overall at the final GACC Series Race at Cape Henelopen last weekend to secure it's hold on first place with 222 points!!

Not only that, but T3 had two representatives in the GAMS Overall Rankings with Carla Cue taking the female series with 30 points, and Terry Pahl placing 3rd in the men's race with 33 points.

Tons of impressive finishes in both the sprint and half-iron race at the Delaware Diamondman Triathlon in Bear, DE helped keep T3 in the GACC lead with 170 points.  GO TEAM!!!

It was a big weekend for T3 at two big races. The highly-competitive and tough Timberman 70.3 tested a number of T3 athletes, while a small contingent tackled the Lums Pond sprint tri to help strengthen the team's hold on first place in the GACC rankings.
  • Timberman 70.3 Triathlon - Where to begin..
    All reports read how awesome, and difficult, this event was.  Congrats to everyone that competed (8 people at last count).  Some highlights include Dan Proulx qualifying for the 70.3 World Championships in Clearwater, FL, and Abby Dean's half-marathon run that was 2nd only to pro Desiree Ficker...and on an injured knee too (she has already qualified for World's).

  • Lums Pond Sprint Triathlon - 5 cheerful T3'ers crossed the line in Bear, DE with several podium finishes to bring it's season GACC point total to 119 points! BATC and High Roads are currently tied for 2nd with 90 points. With only two more GACC races on the calendar, T3 is positioning itself for another run at the prestigious title.

The amazing T3 ladies came out in bunches to compete at the SheROX Triathlon in Philadelphia on August 5th.

Team T3 women show off their stuff and take the 2007 Philadelphia Tri Girl Triathlon Club Challenge at the Philadelphia Women's Triathlon on Sunday, July 8th.  Great job to everyone that competed!!!

A strong contingent tackled the Diamond In The Rough Triathlon on Saturday in Perryville, MD.  Numerous age-group finishes helped T3 take a commanding lead in the 2007 GACC points race.

Elite Age-Grouper Terry Pahl proudly represented T3 at the 2007 USAT Age Group National Championships on Saturday, June 30th Portlan, Oregon. Terry just missed placing in the top half of the highly competitive field in the Men's 55-59 category. Great job Terry!!

Following several strong performances at the Escape from Ft. Delaware Triathlon, T3 moves to #1 in the GACC standings with 79 points!

Also keep an eye on T3 team members Terry Pahl and Carla Cue in the GAMS Individual Rankings.  Terry is currently in 2nd place for the men with 14 points, and Carla Cue is 3rd in the women's race with 15 points.

Huge round of applause to T3 members Chris Tidmore and Sarah Aloise for their performances at EagleMan Ironman 70.3 in Cambridge, MD.

As Chris described it, EagleMan is an incredibly well run event that tests you against some of the best multisport athletes in the world.  He also noted a unique moment when Natasha Badman waved "hello" as she was 2 miles away from breaking the women's world record for the 1/2 Ironman.

Congratulations to all T3'ers that raced this past weekend. Some notable performances are detailed below: 
  • T3 founder Michele Pollio showed she is still in top form by claiming a 2nd Place Age Group finish at the highly competitive Mooseman Half-Iron Triathlon in New Hampshire.  Michele qualfied for the ITU Long Course World Championships in L'Orient, France in July. Congratulations Michele!!

  • Both Dan Proulx and Dave Brown tamed the mighty Black Bear Sprint and Half-Iron course in the picturesque Pocono Mountains. Dan scored a 7th Overall in the sprint, and Dave racked up a 5th place AG award in the Half.

Another big weekend for T3 athletes across the globe.  See some of the highlights below... 
  • Congratulations to T3 team member Scott Ward for an amazing Ironman Brazil finish this past weekend!! Scott blazed to a 10:16:05 finish in his first ultra-distance event.

  • Big round of applause to all T3 members that competed at the Hammonton Sprint Triathlon and Duathlon on Saturday.  This race was the first of the season for many T3'ers.  T3 once again made a huge presence and unofficially garnered the Team Spirit award.  Go T3!!

  • T3 is once again in the hunt for another GACC title - see current standings here. Curently in 2nd place with 63 points, the team will be gearing up for more GAMS races to bring home the title. Also keep an eye on several athletes in the running for the GAMS Overall rankings.

T3 sweeps the field to win the Greater Atlantic Club Challenge! After competing in three challenging GAMS series races, T3 wins $2,000 for their team and bragging rights for 2007. Thanks to all of those that competed to help bring home the victor.
