Steven Back
Steven Back is a current endorphin junkie who uses triathlon as a way to get his daily fix. Discovering triathlon in 2000, Steve has been progressively integrating triathlon into his life ever since. After a 14 year swimming career, Steve switched gears his sophomore year at Carnegie Mellon University and joined the track and cross country teams in 2002 and has steadily improved his running ability each year. Graduating in May 2005 with a double major in Chemical and Biomedical Engineering, Steve wants to let his brain recover for a little while and set aside some time to explore his athletic limits before delving into the world of orthopedic surgery at medical school.
