Good luck to all of the T3r's that are headed up to Lake Placid this weekend! Since 2008 T3 has had a strong presence at IMLP and this year is no different. Hard working teammates like Alexa Roop and Linsday Walsh are going to brave the NY hills, but they will have a large cheering section thanks to Russ Clopine, who is hosting many, many T3r's at his house. We can't wait to read the race/cheer reports! Go T3!  

Right Now we are offering some more T3 apparel in celebration of IMLP, including an IMLP Tech T, T3 cotton long sleeve shirt, and T3 lightweight hoodie. Orders need to be in by July 7th.  The order window is short so be sure you check everything out now under Members only/Products.

Congratulations goes out to Amelia McCracken who placed 3rd in her age group (25-29) on Sunday at the Philadelphia Olympic Triathlon/Duathlon.

Her podium and everyone else's awesome efforts helped T3 to win the USAT Mid-Atlantic Club Championship for Division II. Go T3!!

After you race or volunteer shift on Sunday come over to the T3 part tent down in transition. T3 will be serving up sandwiches, cold drinks and lots of camaraderie! The Philly Tri is a special time for our team because we get to race and celebrate on our home turf. Be sure to stop by for some cheer!

Join T3 this Sunday at the Ugly Mudder trail race sponsored by Pretzel City Sports. Several T3r's will be taking on snowy, slushy, spectacular trails during this 7.25 race. Race starts at 11am and is only $30-$35 to register. What could be better?

On March Saturday, March 13th and Sunday, March 14th T3 will be participating in one of the most exciting multi-sport events of the year- The Endurance Sports Expo. This brand-new two day event put on by High Roads Cycles and Liberty Sports Magazine will give attendees the opportunity to experience, demo and buy products and services that can enhance their active sports experience. There will also be free hour long seminars on important topics like group riding skills, the art and science of recovery and how to prevent running injuries. With over 40 vendors this expo is not one to miss if you are excited about multi-sport.

In order for this to be a success we need you!! We need 20 volunteers to give 2 hours of their time by helping man our booth and recruit new team members. All volunteers get into this $10 event for free!

Endurance Sports Expo

T3 is a team run by its members and for its members. So during this time of year we always look for team members to become part of the board. As a board member your role is to attend monthly meetings and support the team as best you can. The board communicates weekly and keeps the team running. We work together, but also take on specific roles including: President,  Secretary/Communications, Treasurer, Social, Training, Uniform Design/ Coordinator, Sponsorship and members-at-large. If you want to lend hand this year please contact Marita McCormick at marita@mareets.com. By being a board member you get to give back to your team and affect change. It is an exciting and valuable position, so we hope you consider getting involved with running one of the most exciting Tri teams in Philly!
